A few details before we quote
These details help us choose the right flags, poles and service for your location.
Display job
Wayfinding, sponsor visibility, ceremony, perimeter definition or entrance emphasis.
Site surface
Grass, asphalt, concrete and indoor floors require different base and anchoring decisions.
Operating window
Load-in, public opening, overnight security and removal times affect crew and equipment planning.
Exposure
Wind, pedestrian flow and vehicle access determine placement and whether the plan needs revision.
How it works
- 01
Scope the display
Send the date, venue, quantities, flag formats and site photos or drawings.
- 02
Choose poles and bases
We match the poles and bases to the surface, venue rules and purpose of the display.
- 03
Confirm delivery and pickup
The quote clearly shows who handles delivery, setup, pickup and removal.
Event flag rentals by city
Choose a city for local delivery, venue and setup considerations.
When another option may be better
Rental may not be the best fit for a permanent display, an open-ended installation, or a site that cannot approve placement and access. In those cases, start with a purchase or managed-program assessment.
Common questions
01Can the flags be customized for one event?
Custom printing is available as a separate purchased item; rental hardware can be planned around the approved flag format. Artwork, quantity and required date must be reviewed before production is confirmed.
02Do you handle installation and removal?
Installation and removal can be included when the site, access window and equipment requirements are known. They are not assumed in every rental.
03What should I send for a useful quote?
Send the venue address, event date, what the flags need to do, approximate quantity, preferred flag type, surface information and any delivery restrictions.
